Susan and Stephanie were joined by co-presenters Cole Silver, Esq. general counsel of Softgate Systems in Princeton, New Jersey and Kevin Stepanuk, Esq., associate general counsel of Exelon Corporation in Philadelphia.

Bench Bar Conference October 17, 2010 Susan Rubinovitz attended The 2010 Annual Philadelphia Bench Bar Conference at The Borgata Hotel in Atlantic On Friday October 15 and Saturday October 16, 2010. This Conference was extremely well put together. The CLE courses were interesting and informative. The venue was perfect, and it was a great chance to catch up with old friends and make new ones. The 2010 Bench Bar Annual Conference Committe made up of Scott F. Cooper, Chancellor, Regina M. Foley, Co-chair, John E. Savoth, Co-chair, Maria Feeley, Jeffrey S. Gross, Michael B. Hayes, Jeffrey M. Lindy, The Honorable Sandra Mazer Moss, Lisa Muench, and Tara Phoenix did a wonderful job.

This event was held at The Union League in Philadelphi on June 15, 2010. The room was silent during a compelling keynote speech given by Judge Anita Brody, Judge of the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
